Terms & Conditions
Your payment of the event fee indicates your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS
Day & Evening Events
Bookings are non refundable but may be transferable on application, up to 7 days before the event.
Weekend Overnight Events
Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the retreat will not be refunded but you may transfer your place to a friend. A non-refundable deposit of $300 will be deducted from your refund, should you cancel more than 30 days before the event. Alternatively, you may transfer your place to a different date if you provide us with at least 2 months notice before the commencement of the booked event. Full payment must be made 30 days before your attendance at the event, or we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
It is your responsibility to ensure you take out suitable Travel Insurance to cover you in case unforeseen events occur that result in you cancelling your booking.
Transport is not included in your booking. You will need to make your own transport arrangements to and from the venue.
The bookings are made in good faith and may be subject to change. We cannot accept any responsibility for action taken by the management of the retreat locations. However, reasonable endeavour will be made to offer an alternative venue, in the unlikely event that this should occur.
You will be responsible for any damages to accommodation or property caused by you.
Whilst we make every endeavour to ensure that your participation in our retreats is safe, no responsibility will be taken for any injuries or losses incurred during the retreat. In agreeing to these terms and conditions you assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages.
MEDICATION AND MEDICAL ISSUES
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical issues or medical history that could affect your experience at the retreat.
BOOKING SHARED ROOMS (OVERNIGHT RETREATS)
If you’d like to share a room but are coming alone, we’ll do our best to place you with someone in the same situation. If this is not possible then you would need to take a private room and pay the difference. If you book a shared room with a person who cancels their place, we will change your booking to a single room and we will charge you the difference in cost.
