I’m Kelly Hine, owner of Body & Soul Retreats. I understand this because that’s how I felt.
I’m a reformed stress-head and insomniac who spent years figuring out (the hard way) how to meditate and switch off. Meditation and mindfulness have now given me a level of peace, health and happiness that I never knew I could achieve.
With my background as an award-winning professional educator, I now love teaching others how easily you can begin to bring a profound level of inner-peace into your life, even if you thought you could never switch off. Even if you’ve struggled with meditation in the past. I get it because I’ve been there.
While sitting in meditation for longer periods of time is wonderful, there are also strategies you can use that are so incredibly quick, easy and transformative, you’ll be amazed and wonder why you haven’t been doing it your whole life.
If you suffer from stress, anxiety or depression, meditation and mindfulness offers a cure. You don’t have to feel as though you’re a slave to your thoughts and emotions.
This is a hands-on event where you’ll participate in some blissful meditations, as I take you through my step-by-step, easy to understand method. Even if you’ve tried meditation before but struggled, or tend to avoid it because you think it’ll be boring or uncomfortable, I teach the skills along with some great techniques, in a very practical way that gets amazing results.
This event isn’t just about learning to sit and meditate. You’ll learn how to use mindfulness in your everyday life and learn how you can have inner-peace, no matter what is going on around you.
