Has anyone ever told you to “just let it go”, as if you could simply drop something that’s really bothering you the way you’d let go of a ball? The process of letting go is probably not what you think! It’s a process we need to be taught, because, chances are, it’s the opposite of what you’re used to doing when you feel stressed, uncomfortable or unhappy.

Letting go of those repeated patterns that cause you discomfort and suffering is such a liberating experience! In letting go, you’ll create space to open your heart to welcome in fresh new beliefs and habits that feel SO much better.

But the process of letting go, or surrendering is often misunderstood. Kelly will show you how easily you can use the process to bring you freedom.

Guided meditations, which will serve to ground, centre and relax you.  The meditations will also tune you into your intuition and give you much greater clarity. Through meditation, you’ll also release limiting beliefs and habits.

Practical workshops where you listen, write, discuss and get creative. You’ll engage in heart-centred soul searching to help you get clear and focussed on where you want to move forward in your life and what you want to let go. You’ll create your own authentic self-care ritual to take home and use daily to bring greater joy, vitality and contentment to your life.

Yoga, to get you feeling great in your body, and assist in your feeling of wellbeing, balance and centredness.

Music and aromatherapy will help to create a beautiful calming atmosphere and support our mindfulness practise.
